"I was happy with how fast my..."
I was happy with how fast my boots got to me. I kept checking the tracking because I wanted them ASAP, and it updated without any issues. The box looked a little rough when it arrived, which annoyed me at first, but the boots themselves were fine. Overall, I’m glad I didn’t have to wait long.

"Customer service was surprisingly great"
I had a really easy experience with their customer service. They got back to me fast and handled everything without making it a whole thing. it felt like maybe they actually train their support team well, because there was no hassle at all.

"Ordering could’ve been a bit smoother"
I tried placing an order on laneboots.com and ran into a few issues with the site. The cart was a little slow to update, checkout froze on me once, and I ended up having to re-enter my information. It wasn’t the easiest experience, which was a bit disappointing given the price of the boots. I’m still interested in the product, but the ordering process definitely could be more seamless.

"Cute boots, but way too tight in the toes"
I ordered my usual size because that’s what I wear in pretty much every other boot, so I don’t think sizing up should’ve been necessary. They look really cute in person, but the toe box is just way too narrow. My toes felt squished after about 10 minutes of trying them on around the house. I really wanted to keep them, but there’s no way I could comfortably wear these.

"Sizing was a stressful surprise"
I expected this to fit true to size, but it ended up being way tighter than I thought. it was more stressful than it should’ve been trying it on and realizing the sizing was so off for me.

"Honestly, these boots kind of blew my mind"
I was expecting decent boots, but wow, these are way better than I thought. The stitching is super clean, the leather feels amazing, and you can tell they actually cared about the little details. I may have dramatically stared at them for a few minutes after unboxing. Very, very happy with mine.

I got my Lane boots last week they were comfortable pretty much as soon as I put them on. I was fully expecting the usual breaking-in drama with rubbing or stiff spots, but nope, they felt good right out of the box.
I wore them for a whole afternoon walking around, and my feet were totally fine by the end. I’m really happy with them so far, though I’m trying not to get too excited because shoes can be sneaky like that.

"Love these boots so far"
I ordered a pair from Lane Boots and had a really good experience. They showed up on time, looked just like the pictures, and the fit was true to size for me. I’ve worn them a handful of times now, and they’ve been comfortable each time, which is always the real test. The whole order went smoothly with no issues, and based on how these have worked out, I’d definitely buy from them again.

"I expected a lot more for what these..."
I expected a lot more for what these boots cost. They looked great online, but once I got them in person, they just didn’t feel like they were worth that price. They’re not awful or anything, just really overpriced for what you get. Also, the repeated verification steps during the process were frustrating. I felt like I had to keep proving myself over and over just to complete a basic order. Definitely wouldn’t buy them again.

The heel height is just right, not so tall that you start questioning your life choices. I wore them walking around all day, and somehow my feet were still fine by the end. a heel that looks good and doesn’t punish you? Wild concept. Really happy with them...

"Good grip, no slipping"
I wore my Lane boots out on wet sidewalks and some loose gravel, and I was impressed with the grip. I didn’t feel like I was sliding around at all, even climbing in and out of my truck. The traction was better than I expected. Since I’m taking the time to share my experience, I’m definitely hoping there’s some kind of compensation or discount coming my way, but either way, the boots did perform well.

I stopped by sometime last week, or maybe it was the week before, to check out these boots and they looked really nice in person. The only bummer was that my size wasn’t available, so I couldn’t actually buy them. Hopefully they restock soon

I had to exchange my boots for a half size bigger, and it was easy, easy. The return label came through quickly, and the new pair showed up in about a week. The only thing I wish was better was the tracking, because it didn’t update as fast as I wanted. But overall, it went well and I’m happy with it

"These boots are suspiciously cute"
I haven’t actually bought them yet, but I keep looking at the boot designs they’re really cute. The stitching and color choices feel way too good to be accidental, like someone knew exactly how to make them stand out without being too flashy. They’re definitely not plain, and I’m starting to think the whole design is a sneaky plot to get me to finally place an order...

"Didn’t hold up like they claimed"
I was really expecting these to last based on how they were described, but that was not the case at all. I wore them twice and the stitching already started coming loose. Frustrating when the quality promised doesn’t match what you actually get.

"Thought they’d be rough, but they broke in"
When I first pulled these boots out of the box, I immediately figured they were going to be a pain to wear because they felt stiff. They did look great though, so I gave them a shot. After about a week, they loosened up a lot and felt way more comfortable. Definitely not perfect right away, but I’d still buy them again

"Color was honestly true to the photos"
I got my boots last week, and to be fair, the color looks really close to what was shown on the site. I was a little worried they might show up darker in person, since that happens a lot when shopping online, but in normal lighting they look pretty much the same. I appreciate when a company gets the photos right because color can be tricky. I’m happy with them and would order again.

"Packaging was fine, though a little sloppy inside"
The boots showed up in a sturdy box, and thankfully nothing was damaged or smashed, so that was good. Everything was mostly packed neatly, but the tissue paper inside looked kind of messy, which was a bit annoying. Not the end of the world, of course. I do think a little more padding would’ve been nice, but the boots arrived fine, so I can’t complain too much

"Good first impression, but the arch support could be better"
My first impression was that these look really nice and feel good overall. After wearing them a bit, though, I noticed the arch support isn’t quite as strong as I’d hoped. Still decent, but that’s one area I think could be improved.
